question1: LED light doesn't work when the faucet turn on, what is the problem? How to solve?
1) If it is the hydroelectric power supply LED faucet, you should check the water pressure, electric motor and LED chip. If electric motor or LED chip has problem, you should
change a new LED light head.
2) If it is the battery power supply LED faucet, firstly, you should check the battery direction, whether it turned upside down. And then check the circuit, if it is broken or
loose contact or not. If LED chip has problem, you should change a new LED light head.
question2:LED light still work when the faucet turn off, what is the problem? How to solve?
1) This problem doesn't occur on the hydroelectric power supply LED faucet, because there is no power supply if no water runs over the electric motor.
2) For the battery power supply LED faucet, there are two possibilities: A. too much impurities and water scales in the faucet, even the faucet turn off, it still keep the power
supplyi state. In this case, you should clean the faucet to remove impurities and water scales. B. It still has water inside the faucet, if so, you should turn the handle to the
cool water position. Normally, cool water pressure is higher than hot water, no water left inside after you turn on and turn off the faucet at cool water position quickly.
question3:How often should change the battery in LED faucet?
It relates to the working environment and operating frequency, normally, you should change battery within half year or one year.
